Karachi: In view of rising temperature in the city of Quaid, experts warned the citizens and instructed them to be careful.

Health experts have instructed the citizens that due to the increase in the intensity of the heat, the condition of the citizens, especially small children, weak and weak immune system people may become worse, so do not go out of the houses unnecessarily, if necessary, cover your head with a wet cloth. And the body should be covered and go out.

Experts said to use more water to meet the salts in the body and instead of chicken food, simple food should be used more vegetables, curd, lassi, water.

Dr. Syed Khalid Bukhari, Medical Superintendent of Sindh Government Services Hospital, said that in high heat, elderly people, small children, those with weak immunity, people suffering from various diseases, women working in the kitchen, children going to school, streets Laborers, tinkerers and people working in the sun are more affected, so they should take special precautions and cover their heads, take an umbrella or set up a canopy to work.

He said that in extreme heat, the citizens are suffering from skin and kidney diseases in addition to stomach diseases. Therefore, water should be used more, skin should be protected, market items should not be eaten, clean home food should be eaten and fruits should be used.

He said that hubris also affects the condition of citizens, so they should not be locked in rooms, sit under the fan, in the yard, in the shade of trees or in the open air, remove the heat with a hand fan, including anti-depressants. Do not use any kind of medicine. If someone gets hot, cold water should be immediately poured on his body and placed under a fan or in a shaded place and the water should be poured repeatedly, this will lower the body temperature and improve the health.

He said that citizens should protect themselves from lack of water, heat and sun.

Earlier, the Meteorological Department has predicted the temperature to go up to 38 degrees Celsius, indicating the possibility of an increase in the intensity of heat in the city.

According to the Department of Meteorology, there may be an unusual wave of extreme heat in rural Sindh from May 9, there may be a heat wave in central and upper Sindh on May 12, during which the temperature may exceed 44 degrees. According to the Early Warning Center, the weather in Karachi is expected to remain hot and humid during the next few days, the maximum temperature may be recorded between 36 and 38 degrees during the three days.

According to Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz, the entire month of May will be hot, pre-monsoon rains may occur from mid-June, monsoon rains may begin from July 1, and monsoon rains will last until mid-September. may persist.
