The Punjab government has decided to conduct an audit of the free flour scheme.
In this regard, Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi says that the decision to audit has been made after the accusations and propaganda of certain leaders of the PML-G.
The Caretaker Chief Minister said that the transparency of the free flour scheme has been pointed out, so it is necessary to conduct an audit.
Mohsin Naqvi further said that it has been decided to conduct the audit of the free AutoScheme by a national and international private audit firm, and has also sent a request to Chairman NAB to examine the program.
He said that if any irregularities are found in the audit, the law will take its own course.
