According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the issuance of digital visa has been started on an experimental basis and the seven countries that have started issuing it include the United Arab Emirates, India, Bangladesh, Jordan, Egypt, Indonesia and the Philippines.

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that in future labor, Iqama and visit visas will also be issued on the basis of QR code.
