Finance Minister and member of the government negotiation team Ishaq Dar has said that it has been agreed that holding the election on the same day is an improvement. Elections will be held in the country in the presence of caretaker government.
At the end of the third round of negotiations with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Ishaq Dar while talking to the media said that it is a big success to agree to hold elections in the country one day.
Ishaq Dar expressed hope that the third phase will also be decided if both the parties work with sincerity.
He said that both the parties have their own positions on the date of the election, there is no agreement on the date of the election yet.
Ishaq Dar said that we have said that whoever wins the election, the results will be accepted. Flexibility is being shown on both sides.
