Karachi: After the death of a youth in an alleged encounter by the Newtown Investigation Police, the Hindu community protested in front of the Newtown police station and demanded an impartial investigation into the incident, while Syed Farman, the investigation officer involved in the alleged fake encounter, has been suspended.

When the youth’s family got the information about the incident, a large number of people belonging to the Hindu community reached the Newtown police station and called the competition fake and demanded legal action against those responsible and an impartial investigation into the incident.
Babar Mirza Advocate, who was present with the Hindu community on this occasion, said that the youth killed in the firing and the arrested youth were cousins and residents of the old vegetable market who went to buy something with 150 rupees from home.
