Allotment of number to applications filed against Practice and Procedure Act

3 more petitions filed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan against the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Act were allotted numbers.

The Registrar’s Office Supreme Court allotted numbers to the applications.

Zaman Wardag Advocate’s application was allotted 10 marks, Ghulam Mohiuddin’s application was allotted 11 marks.

No. 12/2023 has been allotted to the application of Azhar Siddique Advocate.

All the three petitions will also be attached with the case pending on May 2.

An 8-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial will hear the case on May 2.

The Supreme Court had stayed the implementation of the Judicial Reforms Bill on April 13.
