Karnataka: A woman hit Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s car with a mobile phone during the election campaign of Bharatiya Janata Party.
According to Indian media reports, the Indian Prime Minister is busy in his election campaign in several cities of the state of Karnataka and has so far participated in many election rallies and addressed 6 meetings.
Reports said that the incident took place during Narendra Modi’s meeting with supporters on the BJP’s campaign trail for the Karnataka assembly elections.
Narendra Modi was meeting party workers and supporters on the second day of his election campaign in Mysore when a citizen threw a mobile phone at his car. However, after investigation by the police, it was revealed that a woman in the mobile crowd had accidentally thrown the phone while throwing flowers at the prime minister.
According to the police, the phone was thrown by a woman BJP worker in a fit of excitement, with no malice involved. The prime minister was under SPG security when the phone fell on the prime minister’s car.
