To which he replied that it has three basic aspects: No writer can create creative literature unless he is free from his social and societal pressures. Second, the writer should not be free from economic pressure and restrictions, and third, he should not think above his society, tradition, language, religion, race, color and region.
Dr. Khalid Sohail narrates a wonderful incident from his life:
“When I was studying at Edwards College, Peshawar, our principal was Phil Edmonds, an Australian teacher. One day he came to teach us and seemed very happy. When we asked the reason, they said that yesterday my son returned from England with a PhD degree in science, so I am happy. A student asked ‘Sir! Will you now find a bride for him?’ Phil Edmonds’ elderly face smiled sympathetically as he said, ‘My son will find a bride for himself, and if he can’t find a wife for himself, that means he’s not ready for marriage. .’ Dr. Khalid Sohail says that parents who teach their children to make their own decisions become carefree while alive, but the children of parents who cannot make wise decisions keep thinking all their lives that after we die, these young ones What about the children?
Dr. Khalid Sohail says, “I believe that nature has given us a special gift, the Creative Gift, and the awareness of this gift is the secret to our health, our peace of mind and our success in life.” That’s why I named my clinic in Canada ‘Creative Psychotherapy’. I think it is a blessing for a good writer to have a fertile mind, but to Dr. Khalid Sohail, nature has given a gift to humanity by giving him a fertile mind and an excellent heart.
