Faisal Amin Gandapur, brother of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Amin Gandapur, has written a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan demanding his brother’s release.
Faisal Amin Gandapur said in a letter to the Chief Justice that Ali Amin Gandapur is being dragged from city to city under a fake FIR.
He said that the Sukkur Jail authorities have refused to release him despite bail from the courts.
In his letter, Faisal Amin Gandapur further wrote that Ali Amin was not even allowed to meet the family, fearing that the brother would be handed over to people who could do harm.
In the letter, Faisal Amin Gandapur demanded the Chief Justice to release Ali Amin Gandapur as per the court order.
It should be noted that PTI Sukkur district president Zaheer Babar has filed an application for the release of former federal minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
In the petition, Zaheer Babar demanded the release of Ali Amin Gandapur in the Sessions Court Sukkur.
