An application was filed in the Sukkur court for the release of Ali Amin Gandapur

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sukkur district president Zaheer Babar filed a petition for the release of former federal minister and senior party leader Ali Amin Gandapur.

In the petition, Zaheer Babar demanded the release of Ali Amin Gandapur in the Sessions Court Sukkur.

He took the stand that there is no case against Ali Amin Gandapur, he has been kept in jail unjustly.

The petitioner added that keeping the senior PTI leader in jail after being granted bail is tantamount to keeping him in habeas corpus.

On the orders of the court, Civil Judge Judicial Magistrate Shahnawaz Jagirani reached the Central Jail and ordered the jail authorities to reach the session court along with the records.
