A post in this regard is going viral on social media. A tweet posted by a user named Shubh said, ‘I can’t believe my cousin has been refused a flat on rent by the landlord because he got 75% in 12th and the landlord got less. At least 90% was expected.

Schaub also shared screenshots of a conversation where a landlord rejected a potential tenant because his 12th grade marks weren’t as high as the landlord wanted.
