The inside story of the talks between the government and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) came out.
Sources say that Tehreek-e-Insaf put forward 3 conditions, in which it was said that the National Assembly and both provincial Assemblies should be dissolved in May this year.
In the second condition, PTI said that apart from May 14, the constitution should be amended for simultaneous elections.
Sources say that the third condition set by PTI said that elections should be held across the country in July this year.
It should be noted that the talks between the government and PTI took place in the chamber of the Chairman Senate, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf delegation included Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Fawad Chaudhry and Ali Zafar.
The PTI delegation met on a one-point agenda related to the elections.
The government delegation included Ishaq Dar, Azam Nazir Tarar, Saad Rafiq, Yousuf Raza Gilani, Naveed Qamar, Kishore Zahra.
