The Islamabad court accepted the bail application of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Fawad Chaudhry in the case of spreading hatred against the Election Commission.

The court granted Fawad Chaudhry’s bail against a surety bond of Rs 20,000.
The judge remarked that Fawad Chaudhry should not have made such a statement, parliamentarians should not make such statements.
Additional Sessions Judge Faizan Hydergilani granted conditional bail to Fawad Chaudhry and said that he is granting bail on the condition that Fawad Chaudhry will not make such a statement again.
Earlier, during the hearing on Fawad Chaudhry’s post-arrest bail application, Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyer Babar Awan and Election Commission’s lawyer Saad Hassan also appeared in the court.
On this occasion, the investigating officer presented the record of the case to the court.

The section of sedition has been given a political color. If the case is proved, these provisions can be punished for 10 to 15 years, while these provisions can be punished for at least 3 years. There are decisions, after the cases that are happening today, the decisions of a few courts have come, the nation does not believe that such provisions should be imposed on someone for speaking 2 words, I request that Fawad Chaudhry’s bail application be approved. .

Yes, he said on television that rebellion is obligatory in the country, there is a storm of misogyny on social media, documentary evidence was collected by the police.
The judge inquired why the word of Munshi is being misunderstood.
On completion of the arguments against the bail application by the prosecutor, Election Commission lawyer Saad Hasan argued that Fawad Chaudhry has been tested for photogrammetric and voice match.
The judge asked that if Fawad Chaudhry is accepting his statement, why were the tests conducted?
Election Commission lawyer Saad Hasan said that Fawad Chaudhry can withdraw from his statement during the trial, the statement was of Fawad Chaudhry for which a photogrammetric test was conducted, no further investigation should be done on the statement of Fawad Chaudhry, he confessed his statement. Further investigation can be done at any time in the case.
