The Meteorological Department has predicted hot and dry weather in most parts of the country today.
According to the Meteorological Department, the highest temperature in the country was recorded in Nawabshah yesterday at 41 degrees Celsius.
40 degrees was recorded in Hyderabad, Lasbela, Mithi, Mohenjodaro, Khairpur and Padaidan.
Karachi 35, Multan 34, Lahore and Peshawar 32, Islamabad 28 and Quetta 27 degrees were recorded.
Similarly, Muzaffarabad 23, Gilgit 17, Srinagar 15 and Leh recorded 6 degrees Celsius.
