A case was registered in Kohsar police station and 9 accused were arrested for the incident that happened in Jinnah supermarket on Chand Raat in Islamabad.
According to the Islamabad Police spokesperson, senior officers are monitoring the investigation of the incident.
The spokesman says that there is a dire need to correct the attitudes of intolerance in the society, no one will be allowed to take the law into their hands.
Police spokesman further says that violence against women and children is intolerable.
Shopkeepers killed a family in Islamabad’s Jinnah supermarket, while harassing women and children who came to shop in the market.
The Speaker National Assembly sought a report from IG Islamabad on the incident of misbehavior with the family and others of the Additional Secretary National Assembly.
