everyone: According to Express News, FC Balochistan (North) in Sabikot Mandai region of Balochistan has provided extensive resources to the local people in the field of agriculture. The land situation in Kotmandai area of Sabi was barren, uneven and suffering from other problems.
Due to land disputes and fights between local tribes, unrest was spreading and people were forced to migrate to Sabi, Kohlu and Barkhan.
FC Balochistan (North) created awareness among people and started providing assistance to local people in agriculture sector. An agricultural project was launched under the bumper crop programme. Initially, 10 acres of land was brought under the bumper crop programme.
FC Balochistan (North) provided tractors to bring this barren land under cultivation, leveled the land, installed solar tube wells, provided seeds for crops and resolved tribal land disputes and various contractors. Invited for investment for the purpose of cultivation.
With the interest, hard work and joint efforts of FC Balochistan (North) of the local people, this project, which started with 10 acres, has now expanded to 800 acres of land. Cultivation of the crops has provided an effective means of livelihood to the local people, so far wheat production has generated an income of about 20 million and cotton 50 million. Next year, the project will expand to about 1200 acres.
Elders of Kotmandai say that FC helped us a lot in cultivating the land, prosperity has come to our area, our children are studying in FC schools and they are getting good education, we are very happy.
According to the residents of Kot Mandai, with the success of the project, where people got livelihood, the overall peace situation in the area has improved and now people are living a prosperous life. While there were disputes, FC Balochistan (North) helped a lot in resolving these issues.
