The police issued a security plan related to Eid-ul-Fitr across Sindh including Karachi.
According to IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon, 33 thousand 560 personnel will perform security duties across the province.
He has told that there are 4 thousand 242 places for Eid prayers in Karachi, where 9 thousand 825 personnel will be on security duty.
IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon said that 8 thousand 222 personnel will be assigned to security in Hyderabad, 1690 personnel will be assigned to Mirpur Khas, 3 thousand 13 personnel will be assigned to security in Shaheed Benazirabad.
He further informed that 6 thousand 811 policemen in Larkana and 4 thousand policemen in Sukkur will perform security duties.
IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon has directed the police authorities across the province to ensure the security of mosques, Imambargahs and open places for Eid prayers on Eid-ul-Fitr.
