The Punjab government has set up a five-day search committee for the appointment of the Vice-Chancellor in Punjab University.
Former Executive Director of Higher Education Commission Dr. Sohail Naqvi will be the convener of the committee while educationist Dr. Zafar Iqbal Qureshi, social leader Dr. Amjad Saqib, Chairman Punjab Higher Education Commission and Secretary of Higher Education Department Punjab will be its members.
The formal notification of the establishment of the committee has been issued.
