Former Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Shabar Zaidi has termed the allegations against former Federal Minister Ali Zaidi as sad and false.
In a statement, Shabbar Zaidi said that having known Ali Zaidi and his family for two generations, the allegations leveled against the former federal minister are sad and wrong.
He said that the case is based on such documents, which have no legal status, there is a civil suit on financial disputes, there is no FIR.
Shabbar Zaidi further said that the transaction which is being reported did not take place, the plaintiff is also missing, this matter has to be seen by the court, the court can resolve it very quickly.
He said that Ali Zaidi was not in the country on the day the contract was shown, the court should take action so that such action is not taken against public office holders.
