Islamabad Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal, who heard the Tosha Khana case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, has been transferred.
Zafar Iqbal was transferred from West Court to East Court, he was transferred on the order of Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court.
On the orders of the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court, 8 Additional Session Judges of the local court were transferred.
The registrar of the Islamabad High Court has issued a notification of conversion.
4 judges in West were transferred to East and 3 judges in East were transferred to West.
