Peshawar: Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari along with his delegation reached Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s ancestral home in Achdal Khel and condoled with Maulana on the death of Mufti Abdul Shakoor while also conveying the important message of the former president.
Federal Minister Qamar-ul-Zaman Kaira, Minister of State Faisal Karim Kundi, Former Deputy Parliamentary Leader of People’s Party Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Ahmed Karim Kundi, Tehsil Nazim Paharpur Makhdoom Syed Altaf, Former MPA Mazhar Jameel, Ali Zai, District President Malik Farhan Afzal. DHP, Divisional General Secretary Norang Khan Gandapur, Tank President Hidayat Khan Gandapur, General Secretary Fateh Sher Mehsud were also included in Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s delegation.
On Abdul Khel’s arrival, Maulana Zia-ur-Rehman welcomed the delegation of the People’s Party at the helipad. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari conveyed the special message of President Asif Ali Zardari to Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
In the meeting, the issue of negotiations with Tehreek-e-Insaf on behalf of the ruling coalition was discussed. On this occasion, the leaders of both the parties called the positive constitutional role of sustainable democratic institutions in the country as the most important need of the hour. In the meeting, the problems faced by the country on the internal and external front and the performance of the PDM government during the last one year were reviewed.
