Karachi: The Sindh High Court ordered the authorities to speed up actions on the requests related to the recovery of twelve persons including the girl.
In the High Court, a hearing was held on the applications related to the recovery of twelve persons including the girl. The lawyers of the petitioners stated that Zair Ali, Zubair Naveed Ali, Munif Ali, Kambir Abbas, Nadia, Naveed, Zahoor Ahmed, Abdul Samad are also missing for a long time. Citizens are missing from Khokhra Par, Shah Latif, Derakhshan, Gulshan Mimar and other areas.
The police officials submitted a report regarding the return of three persons including the girl. The court disposed of the disappearance petitions of the three. The court remarked that the provincial government and the federal government looked at the issue of missing persons very seriously. The families of the missing persons are getting frustrated over the non-recovery. Modern technology should be used to trace missing persons.
The court sought a report from the Home Secretary and the Defense Secretary within three weeks. The court ordered to speed up steps to recover other missing persons.
