District and Sessions Courts Islamabad issued a detailed decision to maintain the bailable warrant of arrest against former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the case of intimidation of a female judge.
Judicial Magistrate Malik Aman issued a two-page detailed decision.
The verdict said that Imran Khan’s request for immunity from attendance was rejected twice by the court and once by the session court.
It said that Imran Khan’s plea for immunity from attendance is rejected, after filing an appeal, Imran Khan’s warrant was complied with.
The decision said that the security supervisor said that Imran Khan has been living in Zaman Park for a long time. According to the report, Imran Khan is not residing in Bani Gala but in Zaman Park.
It also stated that the warrant remains in force until the warrant is complied with or revoked by the court. Imran Khan’s bailable warrant was not complied with due to which the warrant remains intact.
In it, it was ordered that the bailable warrant of Imran Khan should be complied with Zaman Park, Imran Khan should not be arrested on the guarantee of payment of bond and surety’s attendance in court.
In the detailed decision, it was also said that Imran Khan should appear in person on May 25, arguments on Imran Khan’s plea of acquittal will be heard at the next hearing.
