Karachi: A variant of the novel coronavirus has emerged in Pakistan, which has previously infected people in China on a large scale.
Experts associated with Dow University of Health Sciences have confirmed the presence of a new variant of the corona virus (genetically modified virus) in Karachi.
It should be noted that it was named the BF7 which had already made a big impact in China and is still available there. Genetic sequencing has confirmed this new variant. Thus, this is also the first case of BF suture to occur or occur in Pakistan.
Dr. Saeed Khan, affiliated with Dow University, has said that in his modern laboratory, continuous sequencing of new variants is done. In this context, instructions have been given that all citizens should follow all safety measures (SOPs) related to Corona.
Dr. Saeed Khan said that the spread of this newly mutated virus has to be considered. Citizens can protect themselves by social distancing, wearing masks and using bosterdos. Citizens should quarantine themselves immediately if they feel symptoms.
