In an interview given to the American broadcasting organization, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said that legislation is the authority of the parliament, banning it will end the supremacy of the parliament.
He said that it should not be done that only the legislation will be what the Supreme Court says, if the Supreme Court comes within the limits of the Parliament, then the Parliament can also refuse to accept the decisions.

Raja Pervaiz Ashraf also said that there is a demand from the parliament and lawyers to form a full court, a bench consisting of all judges should be formed, then the decision will be accepted by all.
He said that the parliament has lost its power and they will make the legislation, if the judiciary wants, then they should do the same for the constitution, then they will fight for the election, what is the need of pretending to be political activities.
