PTI Karachi is protesting against the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Zaidi in Karachi. In this regard, all the roads from PIDC Chowk have been closed on the report of protest and sit-in outside the Chief Minister’s House.
According to police officials, in this regard, PIDC Chowk and Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road from Karachi Club have been closed for traffic, while a heavy contingent of South Zone Police of Karachi has been called.
Officials said that all the SHOs and officers of Karachi South Zone have been directed to reach PIDC Chowk with the anti-rights force.
It should be noted that Tehreek-e-Insaf Karachi president Aftab Siddiqui and Firdous Shamim Naqvi called for protest during the press conference.
In this regard, PTI officials and workers were also gathered at Ibrahim Hydari police station.
