Relations between Russia and Finland deteriorated rapidly after Finland officially joined NATO on April 4.
The two countries share a 1340 km long common border.
On Thursday, the Embassy of Finland received three letters, one of which contained Soff.
According to the Russian news agency, in accordance with the security regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, the letters were handed over to officials of Russian government agencies who will investigate it.
The embassy said that it has also informed the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in this regard.
