San Francisco: WhatsApp has introduced a new feature called ‘Video Message’ in beta version 23.7.0.77 for iOS.
Thanks to this feature, you can make a video of up to 60 seconds and send it to your friends. However, this feature is still in beta version and only some people are using it. It should be released worldwide only after its thorough testing and debugging.
Although a video can be created and saved from a smartphone and sent to friends on WhatsApp. But now it can be recorded and sent instantly from the app just like a voice message. This time also all the video from one user to another will be encrypted.
According to WABTA Info, a WhatsApp news website, the video messaging feature is being rolled out for all platforms. But its release date has not been revealed yet. However, it can also be used for images, animated gifs, and stickers. It can also be used in live video chat.
