The arrested PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur was transferred from Islamabad to Sadar Bhakkar police station.
According to the Bhakkar police, Ali Amin Gandapur will be produced in the court of the Senior Civil Judge of Bhakkar today.
3 cases have been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur under the provisions of terrorism and attempted murder.
Remand of Ali Amin Gandapur
Earlier, the police had obtained the remand of PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur for beggar transfer.
According to DPO Mohammad Naveed, Ali Amin is wanted by the police in 3 cases registered in Gandapur Bhakkar.
He said that Ali Amin Gandapur will be produced in Bhakkar local court today.
Ali Amin Gandapur Corridor Remand Order Issued
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has issued an order for 2-day transitory remand of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Duty Magistrate Naveed Khan issued orders in 3 cases.
According to the order, the first case has been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Sarai Mahajir Bhakkar police station. On the request of Bhakkar police, Ali Amin’s one-day transit remand is granted.
The court order said that Ali Amin’s 2-day transit remand was granted in another case registered in Bhakkar.
The court has said in its order that Ali Amin Gandapur has been remanded for one day in the third case registered in Bhakkar.
Through the order, the court has directed that Ali Amin Gandapur should be produced before the concerned ATC on April 15.
