Pune: Veteran Indian stage, film and television actress Uttara Bowkar passed away at the age of 79.
Indian media Reports According to the National Award winning actress Uttara Bowkar was ailing for a long time and was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Pune where she breathed her last.
Uttara Bowkar was famous for her play Umrao Jaan. She won 2 awards during her career including the National Award.
He was seen playing important roles in the popular TV dramas Udaan, Antral, X Zone, Rishte Kora Kagaap, Nazarana, Jessi Jesi Koi Nai and Kushmush Zindagi Ki.
