During the hearing of the petition against not registering the case of Aamir Liaquat’s murder, the response was submitted to the court by the SHO Brigade.
The case was heard in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Sharqi.
The SHO said in reply that the statement of the petitioner Dania Shah and the witnesses has been recorded and reviewed, there is a dispute over the distribution of the property of Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
The SHO Brigade in its reply said that the employees have denied the property dispute.
It was requested on behalf of the petitioner that a case should be registered that Aamir Liaquat has been murdered.
The court adjourned the hearing till April 15, calling for arguments from the lawyers of the parties.
