The hearing on the appeal against the disqualification of former Prime Minister Tanveer Ilyas in Azad Kashmir Supreme Court has started.
A full bench headed by Chief Justice of Azad Kashmir Supreme Court Raja Saeed Akram is hearing the appeal of former Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, Justice Raza Ali Khan and Justice Khawaja Naseem are also included in the bench.
Advocate Raziq Khan is leading the legal team on behalf of Tanveer Ilyas.
