After another fire broke out in the New Karachi Industrial Area of Karachi The buildings of the two burning factories collapsed, 4 rescue personnel were killed and 12 people were injured in the accident.
The fire brigade officials say that the bodies of 4 rescue personnel buried under the debris of the factory have been recovered while the rescue operations are ongoing.
According to the authorities, after extinguishing the fire in the factory, the fire broke out again. Due to the continuous fire, the buildings of both the factories were weakened.
Fire brigade personnel say that the cooling process was going on after extinguishing the fire, during which the factories collapsed.
According to officials, one was a garment factory and the other was a spare parts factory.
On the other hand, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori visited the affected factories in the industrial area.
Speaking to the media on this occasion, Governor Sindh said that this is a big tragedy, in which 4 rescue personnel have been martyred.
