Rawalpindi: International Finance Corporation (IFC) visited Islamabad Airport which will continue till April 14.
The IFC team met with Airport Management, ASF, ANF, Customs, FIA and Airport Health officials. The team also met representatives of PIA, Emirates and Saudi Airlines.
The team will also meet ground handling agencies and general aviation representatives at the airport today. Along with the meetings, the IFC team will also visit different parts and sectors of the airport. The team has already visited Karachi and Lahore airports. The Civil Aviation Authority Board had approved the acquisition of IFC’s advisory services.
Recently, the Federal Cabinet also approved the acquisition of financial advisory services of IFC, a subsidiary of the World Bank, regarding outsourcing.
