Islamabad: In the report released by the Election Commission of Pakistan, it has been stated that the number of registered voters across the country has increased from 12 crores.
The Election Commission has released the rate of total registered voters till March 28, 2023, according to which the total number of voters across Pakistan has exceeded 125.6 million 26 thousand 390.
The Election Commission has also released the percentage of voters in terms of age, the highest number of voters are in the age group of 26 to 35 years, while twenty-six percent of voters are in the age group of 26 to 35 years.
According to the report, the rate of male voters in Pakistan is 54 percent while the rate of female voters is 46 percent.
The total number of registered voters in Islamabad is one million twenty thousand nine hundred and fifty three while the highest number of voters are in Punjab province where the number of voters is 71.5 million 65 thousand 168.
Islamabad
The number of registered voters in the federal capital is 1 million 20 thousand 953, of which 536,200 are male voters and 484,753 are female voters.
Balochistan
The number of registered voters in Balochistan is 52 lakh 28 thousand 726, of which 2 crore 93 lakh 9 thousand are male and 22 lakh 89 thousand 197 are female.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The number of registered voters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is 2 crore 14 lakh 15 thousand 490, of which 1 crore 16 lakh 93 thousand 219 are male voters while 97 lakh 22 thousand 271 are female voters.
Punjab
In Punjab, the largest province of the country, the number of registered voters is 71.565 thousand 168, of which 3.84 thousand 87 are men and 3.31 million 65 thousand 81 are women.
Sindh
Similarly, the number of registered voters in Sindh is 2 crore 63 lakh 96 thousand 53, of which 1 crore 43 lakh 24 thousand 780 are male while 12 lakh 71 thousand 273 are female.
