Islamabad: A summons notice was issued to former Prime Minister Imran Khan on April 11 in the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case.
District and Sessions Court Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal issued a summons notice to Imran Khan. The address of Bani Gala is listed on Imran Khan’s summons notice.
In the summons notice, it is said that Imran Khan should appear in the court at 8:30 on April 11 and the compliance officer should be present in case of non-compliance of the notice.
The main case of the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings is scheduled for hearing on April 29 and the Election Commission has filed a request for early hearing of the case. The court has issued a notice of April 11 to Imran Khan on the request for early hearing.
Imran Khan was earlier issued a notice on April 8 but failed to comply. The court adjourned the hearing till April 11 without proceeding.
