The passengers are facing serious problems due to the unusual delay in the departure of the national airline (PIA) flight from Lahore to Madinah.
Passengers of PIA flight PK 747 boarded yesterday evening but they could not get their flight.
Passengers also protested at Lahore Airport due to flight delay.
Passengers say that the PIA staff is not even present at the counter, it is being said that the flight will depart after 10 or 11 am.
The passengers said that the Umrah permit of many passengers will also expire today.
Sources say that flight PK 747 was supposed to depart at 9 pm on Saturday, the departure time of the flight was earlier fixed at 10 pm and 11 pm, now it was reported that the plane is broken.
Sources have said that passengers have been stuck at Lahore Airport since 4 pm on Saturday.
PIA officials have asked some out-of-town passengers to be sent to hotels, as the flight delays are causing severe problems for the passengers.
