A 23-year-old from Sweden has set a world record for breaking bones the most times.

According to international media reports, a man from Sweden has set a world record by constantly rubbing 46 different joints of his body. According to Guinness World Records, 23-year-old Ole Lindin broke the record for the most cracking of different joints.

Ole has 46 different joints in his body in a row, before Kamal Pokharal from Nepal had 40 different joints in December 2022.

Guinness World Records, the record-keeping organization, said that Mr. Olay did a lot of preparation to break the world record. Practiced hitting your joints in different configurations every day for a month to determine the most effective configuration.

The joint locations that Olay licked included the neck, back and ankle joints.
