Indian director Kabir Khan did not know Shahrukh Khan despite studying in the same university.
Kabir Khan revealed in an interview that Shah Rukh Khan was my senior at Jamia Millia Islamia University in New Delhi but I did not know him.
Kabir Khan, who started his career in Bollywood with the film Kabul Express in 2006, said that even in those days I knew Shah Rukh Khan as Gauri’s boyfriend.
He said that Gauri and I were together in the same musical program, we practiced together for several months, during which Shahrukh used to come there for meetings.
Kabir Khan said that Gauri Khan proved to be a great dancer while I was not bad either, in those days Miri became acquainted with Shah Rukh Khan.
He said that when I came to Mumbai to pursue a film career, no one knew me except Shah Rukh Khan.
