The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council demanded the resignation of the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
The Bar Council said that the wrong decision tarnished the judicial system, the federal government should file a reference against the Chief Justice.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council said that judicial code of conduct and oath of office were violated, ignoring senior judges is a blatant violation of judicial code of conduct.
The Bar Council said that a meeting of the Bar Council has been called on April 12 for the future plan of action. Bar presidents from all over the province will be invited to the meeting.
