At the main entrance of the Sindh High Court in Karachi, the elderly mother appealed to the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court to take notice of her son’s murder and arrest the accused.
On this occasion, the mother said that we do not want compensation, but the accused should be arrested and sentenced to death.
The brother of the deceased has said that instead of arresting the murderers and punishing them, the police handed over the matter to the Jirga and the Jirga imposed a fine of Rs 50 lakh on the murderers.
The brother of the victim says that the accused threw the body in the Rohri Canal after killing his brother. The accused Ramzan Brohi also confessed in the Jirga that he threw the body in the canal after the murder.
The woman’s request has been submitted to the Chief Justice Sindh High Court.
