Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal says that the conduct of the Chief Justice of Pakistan is currently under discussion, it seems that martial law is in force in the Supreme Court.
Ahsan Iqbal said in his statement that the Supreme Court is a forbidden institution, a full court meeting should be called.
He said that what is being discussed is the Supreme Court and not the Sessions Court.
Ahsan Iqbal said that the decision of the full court will be acceptable to all, does the Chief Justice not have confidence in his fellow judges?
The federal minister further said that political decisions are being made through a specific bench, Imran Khan wanted to give an easy way to the opponents by putting them under pressure.
