Karachi: In the case of the girl’s body being found on two rivers, the investigating officer, while submitting a challan in the court, has revealed that the deceased was thrown on the beach two to three hours ago in a semi-conscious state.

In front of the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge South in Karachi City Court, the case of finding the body of a girl named Sara on two rivers was heard.

According to the challan presented by the investigating officer, the crime of murder, kidnapping against the accused Waqas, Shan Salim and Bisma is proved. It was also revealed in the challan that the accused Shaan Salim used to satisfy his sexual desire by pretending to give jobs to young girls.

In the challan, it was stated that there was an altercation with the deceased and the accused Shaan Salim in the hospital, the accused Waqas and Shaan Salim deleted the CCTV footage, the accused tried to erase the evidence very cleverly.

According to the investigating officer, ethyl alcohol was found in the body of the deceased. The body of the deceased was not two or three days old.

According to the challan, the accused Waqas was also a part of the accused Shaun Saleem in this process, the accused Waqas, Shaun Saleem and Bisma are found guilty of murder, kidnapping. In the case, the accused Shaun Saleem and Waqas are in jail on judicial remand. Accused Bisma has obtained bail. On the day of the incident, the accused Bisma and Shan Salim gave the mobile phone of the victim to the accused Waqas.
