Rawalpindi: In a major robbery incident in Rawat police station area, armed robbers looted five crore rupees from the driver of a shoe trader.
According to Express News, a major robbery has taken place in a private housing society in the Rawat police station in Rawalpindi, in which armed robbers have robbed the driver of Sheikh Iqbal, a shoe trader, with Rs 47.5 million.
Regarding the incident, Sheikh Iqbal said that he has a shoe business in Saddar’s area and also does property work. snatched the money bag and fled.
According to the police, the incident took place around 4:30 in the evening, but the victim informed the police late.
The police say that the affected citizen does not explain how he sent such a large amount of money to the driver in the form of cash.
