The Medical Board has completed the investigation regarding the death of 18 people in Kemari area of ​​Karachi.

According to the report of the medical board, the deaths of these people were caused by poisonous gas, the results of the deaths were determined with the help of post-mortem, chemical examination and virology.

According to the report, people were affected by the gas coming out of the illegal factories, causing severe allergic reactions, affecting the lungs and reproductive system.

The report of the medical board said that 18 people died in Ali Muhammad Goth Kemari in January, the health department had earlier attributed the deaths to measles only.

In the report, the medical board also says that most of the dead were children aged 2 to 4 years.
