Tokyo: When it comes to ocean depths, Japanese experts have filmed the deepest fish ever, which is a record in itself.

Although the video was made in September 2022 by experts from the Department of Marine Biology at the University of Tokyo and the University of Western Australia, it was released a few days ago. Along with the video, the experts have also caught two fish from a depth of 8022 meters and thus set a record for catching fish from the deepest sea.
Earlier in 2008, only snail fish was caught from a depth of 7703 meters, but now for the first time a fish has been recorded and caught at a depth of more than 8000 meters.
It should be noted that under the international project, scientists have been recording the presence of fish in the deepest waters but also at some height from the sea floor for the last ten years. Now this fish has been discovered in a sea trench (trench) some distance from the Japanese coast.
In this regard, scientists have used deep-water robots and automated cameras. Research on fishes will also reveal many unseen aspects of deep water marine life.
