While hearing the petitions related to the recovery of Sameer Afridi and others who have been missing for 7 years in the Sindh Court, Justice Nimatullah expressed his anger and said in his remarks that the police did not do anything to recover the missing persons, so we asked the DIG. Expressing dissatisfaction over the reports of the police, JITs and other agencies, the court summoned the DIG investigation in a personal capacity.
Justice Nimatullah asked that what steps are being taken to recover the missing persons?

The court called for the report of the detention centers established in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other areas and also ordered AVCC, CTD to submit the details.
The court ordered to produce the citizen Sameer Afridi by May 8.
