Karachi: Judicial Magistrate South has ordered the FIA investigation officer to submit a report on the next hearing on the request for action against actor Muneeb Butt.
In Karachi City Court, a hearing was held in front of the court of Judicial Magistrate South on the request for action against actor Muneeb Butt. The FIA investigation officer failed to submit the report. The court expressed its anger on the investigating officer.
The court warned the investigating officer that if the report is not submitted, action will be taken against you. The court adjourned the FIA investigation officer to April 12 for the next hearing and ordered him to submit the report by 11 am.
In the petition filed by the lawyer, the stand was taken that actor Muneeb Butt had posted against me on Instagram. Munib Butt’s post has damaged reputation. Muneeb Butt posted about my legal profession.
An application was filed against Munib Butt in FIA but no action is being taken.
