Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has called a meeting of ECNIC yesterday, according to sources, the 10-point agenda will be considered in the meeting.
Sources say that there is a possibility of approval of Lahore-Sialkot Motorway Link Highway in the meeting.
Three other transport and communication projects will be reviewed in the meeting.
Sources said that the 26 MW hydropower project in Skardu is included in the agenda of the meeting.
Digital economy project ‘Deep’ is also expected to be approved, the second revision of the Gomelzam multilateral project will be considered for PC1.
Sources further said that the power generation facility of 4500 MW Diamer Bhasha Dam project is also likely to be approved in the meeting.
