Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says that the Supreme Court rejected the request of the Full Court, a resolution has already been passed, tomorrow it is hoped that another resolution will be presented in the House.
While addressing the leaders of the government coalition parties, Shahbaz Sharif said that lawyers had a meeting with the allies last week.
Shahbaz Sharif said that the three-member bench was headed by Justice Faiz Isa, whose proceedings were terminated by circular. Regarding Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the three-member bench has said that the High Court can also go.
He said that a serious joke is being made with the constitution and the law, the decision of Qazi Faiz Isa was first annulled by the circular and then by the 6-member bench, the law minister brought this whole situation before the cabinet and the National Assembly.
The Prime Minister said that this kind of toy was not seen before in the country. The three-member bench rejected the request of the full court and did not comment on the 3-4 decision.
Shahbaz Sharif further said that the government has to provide funds related to the elections to the Election Commission by the 10th, the court decision was discussed in detail in the cabinet meeting yesterday, a solid form of government unity should come out in this regard.
